Growing up with ADHD and severe motor tics, I was able to spot the signs when they started showing up in my 8yo son.

In the 80s and 90s, I was the twitchy kid who couldn't hold still or maintain eye contact (unless you were talking about Legos), constantly clicking pens and snapping rubber bands on my skin to release my anxious energy.

I didn't want my little boy to go through that. So we tried fidget sliders... He got bored. Pain stim fidgets... Bored. Spinners... Bored. Clickers... BORED!

So I invented the bidgit!
One fidget that does it all.
